Gratefulness

Start the day thanking God for the many blessings in my life
Remembering were I came from
Acknowledge how fortunate we are
Thankful for a healthy son with no disabilities
Spend quality time with family - share memories - go places - do things
Love my body for keeping me breathing and keeping me mobile
Thank for water, food and a home to keep us sheltered
Thankful for having loving friends and family

NOT to harp on Negative Thoughts and "What should have been"
