2011 Resolutions

Ok, I'm tired of letting myself down, of telling myself tomorrow will be better.  I've learned that change doesn't come without pain and doubt, and even tears.  There are a few things I'm planning to accomplish...

1. wake up early
2. practice yoga
3. meditate
4. clean eating
5. family nights
6. alpha
7. sunday church
8. launch spotted cow
9. be patient and kind
10. be true to my feelings

My goal is to wake up at 6:30 am - begin with a glass of lemon water, yoga and meditation - this will give me "alone" time to regroup and clear my thoughts

Clean eating involves planning weekly meals, cleansing, drinking lots of lemon water, cleaning the cupboards of junk and food that we'll never use.

Family nights with Elliott and Danny involve going swimming, go out for dinner or a movie, go bowling, a day at the museum or zoo.

Alpha team keeps me kind, patient and involved with our church.  I look forward to Wednesday nights with the group.

Have Spotted Cow Photography launched by April.

I'll be following Gretchin's "The Happiness Project" along with these resolutions and keeping progress notes on my "Happiness Project" page.
